Great day!!! ;-)

Well today is a GREAT day for me!! It is my Scentsy anniversary and I am thankful for my rocking team and customers & I have survived one more month on the 500cal hcg diet. And I can not believe I am only 33 pounds from my BIG FINAL GOAL!!! I have passed all my mini goals because I didnt think I had the strength I set my big goal out of reach I thought but now they are out the window and here comes the Big one!!! I have lost 18 pounds in a month wich makes .58 a day! I could only imagine that I would be 9 pounds from my goal if I would DRINK WATER!!!! Geez... I never thought I would even be close to this! I have learned one thing you DO NOT REWARD your weightloss with food! Normally I would have went to Abilene and celebrated and ate out, this time I am going to make myself wait 4 more days and eat on Super Bowl Sunday. Normally I would have ate today and Sunday haha But I am trying to be more strict on myself and make changes. I hate changes but sometimes they are for the best!!!!
