Here for a good time! :-)

Well today I have a love/hate relationship with my scale. My work scale is the one we have weighed on ever since 2000 but a few years ago I bought a nice one for home. Well today I Love my Work scale and I Hate my home scale! haha Home shows I gained a pound and work says I lost two!! Who do I believe???? Well so I am not going to be cranky the rest of the day I have Faith in my work scale now!!! ;-) Friday will be a whole month for me and I have only cheated one meal and had a rice krispie with Charla!!! YUP I BLAME HER but I think I had enough activity that night to burn that little ole rice krispie off!!! Well I am going to tell myself that!! And that is my point back to WILL POWER. You take the smallest little cheat and think it wont hurt you and every day you add a little more and a little more until you have completely fell of the wagon. I also tell myself when I do fall off I just got to jump back on! Tomorrow is another day! Make a journal of everything you eat even if your not dieting! We DO NOT realize how many calories we consume in a day!!! I think back now of all the DQ chicken strip baskets I use to eat and it emberasses me and makes me ashamed! Do I still want one???? heck yes I do oooo heck who am I kidding I want one right NOW!!!! But, that is where strength and mind set come in! I DO NOT need it!!! I just wish I would of kept my measurement of inches before my computer crashed. I need to get Lacy to remeasure me and start over from now. I think I will do that! Anyway enough of the diet kick today it is making me hungry and it's not time for my fruit yet! On my way back from the bank at Rotan today The Smoking HOT the older he gets King George came on the radio and after listening I decided this is my theme song! I am going to be the Old me again and :
